Per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 tenen les seves preocupacions, frustracions i moments dolents en general i els han de poder recon\u00e8ixer i expressar.  <strong>Qu\u00e8 podem fer nosaltres per acompanyar-los en aquest proc\u00e9s?<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Beneficis de millorar l&#8217;escolta emocional dels nostres fills<\/h2>\n<p>Ja sabem que, com a pares, tenim un paper m\u00e9s que protagonista a la vida dels nostres fills. \u00c9s important recalcar que <strong>aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 inclou la seva educaci\u00f3 emocional<\/strong> . D&#8217;aquesta manera, tant ells com nosaltres estarem gestionant les emocions de forma saludable, millorant l&#8217;ambient familiar.<\/p>\n<h2>Tipus per millorar la nostra escolta emocional cap als nostres fills<\/h2>\n<p>Segur que ja coneixes alguns consells comuns per escoltar els nostres fills com posar-te a la seva altura o no treure import\u00e0ncia als seus sentiments. De forma general, sabem que <strong>ens hem d&#8217;aproximar amb amabilitat, paci\u00e8ncia i respecte davant les seves expressions emocionals<\/strong> . Tot seguit afegirem algunes pautes m\u00e9s que poden ser molt \u00fatils:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Permetre-li que s&#8217;expressi i no bloquejar-lo<\/strong> dient-li, per exemple: \u201cno ploris\u201d. Potser la manera com est\u00e0 expressant la seva emoci\u00f3 ens generi malestar perqu\u00e8 estem en un lloc p\u00fablic o perqu\u00e8 est\u00e0 donant cops, etc. En aquest cas, primer <strong>hem de trobar la manera d&#8217;estabilitzar-nos per poder acostar-nos amb tranquil\u00b7litat i transmetre-li aquesta calma<\/strong> per despr\u00e9s poder reconduir la seva manera d&#8217;expressar l&#8217;emoci\u00f3. Podem parafrasejar all\u00f2 que ens ha dit i que ens confirmi o no si hem encertat en la nostra percepci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Si observem algun indici en el nen que no ens ha expressat, li podem <strong>preguntar directament i dir-li quina \u00e9s la nostra impressi\u00f3 sobre el seu estat<\/strong> .<\/li>\n<li>Si observem que li costa expressar el que sent, podem <strong>animar-lo a que segueixi intentant-ho mostrant-li el nostre inter\u00e8s i afecte<\/strong> . Tamb\u00e9 podem donar algun suport, ajudant-los a posar nom a all\u00f2 que senten i utilitzant exemples de situacions similars a les que puguin estar passant. I, finalment, <strong>acceptar i validar les seves emocions<\/strong> , expressant-li que no ha de avergonyir-se o preocupar-se per res si \u00e9s aix\u00f2 el que pot estar bloquejant la seva expressi\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Amb aquests petits consells aconseguirem fer que la gesti\u00f3 emocional dels nostres fills sigui m\u00e9s apropiada. A m\u00e9s, <strong>augmentarem la seva autoestima i la seva confian\u00e7a cap a ells mateixos en poder recon\u00e8ixer millor les seves emocions i que poden expressar-les de manera saludable<\/strong> . I tamb\u00e9 augmentar\u00e0 la seva confian\u00e7a envers nosaltres, ja que ens veuran com un suport tamb\u00e9 en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit emocional.
